Your business information

Howat Ltd uses the information you submit to assess a possible business acquisition, produce and deliver an indicative offer, prevent misuse and retain an audit record of the assessment.

What is processed

This may include your contact details, Companies House records, financial and operational information and the files you choose to upload. Do not include personal information that is not relevant to the proposed sale.

AI-assisted review

Submitted evidence is processed using a contracted AI service to extract and assess acquisition information. Temporary evidence files are removed from the analysis file store after the assessment. Structured offer records are retained for acquisition follow-up and audit purposes.

Sharing and security

Information is shared only with service providers needed to run the assessment, deliver email and securely retain the offer record, or where required by law. An indicative offer does not create a legal obligation for either party.
